Boarding Fees and Information

​

Fees are charged per dog, per day. You are charged on the day of drop off, regardless of the time of arrival. You must collect your dog by 10:00am on the day of collection, or you will be charged for that day. We may be able to provide discounts for extended stays and multiple dog families.

Rates

 

       Off Peak:            $45 per dog, per day.

 

       Peak Periods:     $55 per dog, per day. This includes Public Holidays, Long Weekends and the Christmas                                     period (15th December to 10th January).

What's included?  

​

Your dog will be provided with a clean trampoline bed during their stay, as well as fresh water and food each day. Your dog(s) will be given 30 minutes of exercise time in our enclosed running areas. Depending on your dog, they can either be run with other dogs or on their own if they prefer. 

​

If your dog has a specific diet or preferred food, you are welcome to bring it in. Please ensure your dog's food is clearly labelled with clear feeding instructions provided to us. 

​

If your dog has medical needs or requires medication administration, we are happy to accommodate this. Please bring enough medication for your dog's stay and ensure that it is clearly labelled with your dog's name and detailed instructions as to how to administer their medication.

Additional Extras:

​

  • Extra 15 minutes of exercise - $10

  • Second daily feed (afternoon) - $5

​

Payments

​

All payments must be made on or prior to booking. You can pay in person using cash or EFTPOS or by direct debit.

​

Check in/out

​

You are charged on the day you drop off your dog regardless of the time. Your dog must be picked up by 10:00am on the final day of their stay or you will be charged for that day. 

 

Requirements

 

All dogs are required to have C-5 Vaccination and flea treatment at least 14 days prior to boarding. Proof of vaccination must be shown prior to or at time of boarding. No certificate - no stay.  If your dog is not flea treated then please have a flea collar on them for the duration of their stay.
